What is Oshkosh?

Oshkosh Air Venture is an annual fly-in celebration hosted by the EAA in Oshkosh, WI every year where aviation enthusiasts, pilots, corporations, businesses, and the military come together to celebrate aviation and gather together as one large community.
EAA founder Paul Poberezny started the fly-in year’s ago as a way to get together pilots and aviation enthusiasts. Indeed, his work lives on today with large numbers of attendees and airplanes. The week-long festivities draw over 600,000 visitors and 10,000 aircraft and brings in an estimate $170 Million to the five county region according to the Wisconsin State Journal. Forbes recently called it, “The Mother of All Fly-Ins” in their June 2021 article on the event.
Do not miss next year’s event! Oshkosh 2022 is scheduled for July 25-July 31, 2022. For more information, visit the EAA’s website.
